Returns & Exchanges

At Elisa Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the frames in their original case and cleaning cloth inside the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
